At Lunaply, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Personalized items, gift cards, or products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@lunaply.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions and a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:
- Contact support@lunaply.com and specify the item you would like to exchange for.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same return eligibility requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@lunaply.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or return at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Lunaply.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
