Refund Policy

At Lunaply, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund policy makes it easy to request a refund.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized items, gift cards, or products damaged due to misuse cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lunaply.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Contact support@lunaply.com to request the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same refund eligibility requirements.
